THEN AND NOW

CHARLIE AND CHARLOTTE age 13 to 14
Though they have separate private lessons, they sang their first duet together about 8 months before singing it in the first video, when they told me they wanted to audition for Britain's Got Talent together.

CHARLOTTE from age 11 to 17
Charlotte began lessons with me aged 9, I just didn't start doing show until 2 years later. Still with me and improving every year.

,CHARLIE from age 12 to 14, you can hear his voice ,before breaking in video 1, as the high notes begin to become an effort in video 2, first ever song in a "man" key in video 3 and settling nicely into his new register in video 4.
Personally I think he still manages to sound fab through all the stages of his voice breaking, but then, I'm biased. Cate.

SOPHIA from age 12 to 15
Sophia has anxiety and gets bad stage fright, thus why she might look rather tense, but her voice still continues to get better every year.

ELLIE age 9 to 14
First singing with Thomas both aged 9, then with various others, and now sharing a lesson with Bronte

With those husky tones she should probably be singing Jazz, but we love Musical Theatre!
BRONTE age 10 to 14
Bronte came to group classes aged 8 and informed me she couldn't sing, but she liked the drama. She struggled with her tuning and timing, especially when nervous, but no such word as cant for children and singing!
2 years later she found the confidence to start private lessons and do a solo and she gets stronger and more confident every year.
